1. Returns (Withdrawal from the contract)

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline is counted from the day the product is delivered.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging. It may be unpacked and checked, but must be repacked and secured for the return shipment.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days after we receive the returned product, using the same payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account provided.

2. Complaints (Non-conformity with the contract)

Every product purchased in our store is covered by a 2-year warranty for non-conformity with the contract.

To file a complaint, contact us via e-mail at kontakt@marbily.com with a description of the problem and photos documenting the defect.

We will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving the report.

In case of a justified complaint, we offer:

  • Product repair
  • Replacement with a new one
  • Price reduction
  • Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

In the case of complaints, transport costs are covered by the seller.

3. Important Information

  • The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products made to order or personalized.
  • Shipments damaged during transport: If you notice damage to the packaging upon receipt, prepare a damage report with the courier before accepting the shipment.
  • Keep documents: Keep proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and photographic documentation in case of complaints.

4. How to prepare a return?

  1. Contact us via e-mail or phone to inform about the return
  2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form (if provided) or write a statement of withdrawal from the contract
  4. Send the package to the return address provided above
  5. Keep proof of shipment
